Member Service Representative– Long Island location

  • Greet and welcome members in a courteous, professional and timely manner and assist with transactions.
  • Process member requests including, but not limited to, opening and closing accounts, placing orders for checks, and providing documents.
  • Cash checks and process withdrawals as per policy and procedures.
  • Process all mail or electronic transactions.
  • Process remote deposit transactions.
  • Receive and process various loan payments.
  • Count and check incoming and outgoing currency for accuracy which includes recording of currency breakdowns.
  • Balance cash drawer as per policy and procedures.
  • Attend to customer service emails and phone calls in a timely manner.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (i.e. Excel, Outlook and Word).
  • All other responsibilities as assigned by Supervisors.

Requirements

  • Banking experience, a must
  • Excellent leadership, and communication skills
  • Strong creative thinking and problem solving skills
  • General math skills
  • Attention to detail

Branch Manager– Long Island location

  • Leads team through coaching, performance management and setting priority
  • Process member requests including, but not limited to, opening and closing accounts, placing orders for checks, and providing documents.
  • Cross train in all positions within branch and perform any Operational duties, as needed.
  • Maintain a working knowledge of all products and services to assist in answering questions from staff and members
  • Continually seek ways to improve branch operations and productivity to meet established goals
  • Maintains a positive company image by providing courteous, friendly and efficient customer service.
  • Oversees success of branch operating model, including customer and employee experience
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (i.e., Excel, Outlook and Word).
  • All other responsibilities as assigned by Management.

Requirements

  • At least 5 or more years of experience
  • Banking/Credit Union experience required
  • Ability to manage a team
  • Excellent leadership, organization and communication skills
  • Strong analytic skills
  • General math skills
